While Others Are Slowing, JALEX Real Estate Services Is Growing

What a final month of 2010!  The year ended good as we helped several people sell their homes in the Shippensburg area and also helped a few buyers realize their dream of owning a home of there very own just in time for Christmas.  But that’s not all that we have been up to!  When JALEX Real Estate Services won the Best of Shippensburg title for 2010 we told our audience that we had much in store for 2011.  Then we rolled out JALEX V.3, our new real estate website that features all of the listings and gives the user access to more real estate information than can be found on any other real estate website in the Shippensburg area.  Besides allowing users to search for an view all of the area’s real estate listings, JALEX V.3 also allows the user to view virtual tours and more pictures than on any of our competitors websites.  Users also are given map links and a convenient search feature that allows the user to search homes by entering in specific criteria.  In addition to these great features JALEX V.3 includes access to media, and various social media websites such as Twitter and Facebook.
There have been other big time developments at JALEX recently as well.  In December Jennifer McKenna joined our Shippensburg real estate team.  In January JALEX hired another real estate agent, Brian Buterbaugh who lives and works in the Chambersburg area.  And now, as we are in to January 2011 we want to announce that JALEX Real Estate Services has purchased HALE Real Estate and will be bringing three more new Shippensburg Realtors to our growing team.  In purchasing HALE Real Estate JALEX doubles it’s Shippensburg property management business which has grown in just two years to over 100 properties.  We are pleased to announce that Leah Helm is joining our Property management team and both Leah and Virginia Coover will be serving our owners and tenants in that capacity.  In addition to Leah, JALEX also will be joined by Teresa Sollenberger, Mim Heisey and Judith Hale.  Both Judy and Mim have years of experience serving Shippensburg area residents with their real estate sales and services and each demonstrates the highest standards of integrity in their business.  JALEX continues to strive to be the Shippensburg area’s premier real estate sales and services provider.  We are a local Shippensburg real estate agency that will choose integrity above all things in service to you!
