WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT FROM OUR COMPETITION?

The following email was sent to one of our listing clients from one of our competitors after JALEX was selected to list their home:
“Hope all is well.

Hey just wondering why you got me to do all the cma work for you and then listed your house with Coover???
Why didnt you get him to do the work up front for you???

Good luck”

I have removed the names to protect privacy.  So, what makes JALEX different from our competitors?  I will attach part of our clients response.  By doing so I wish to convey the commitment that JALEX has towards being the best and fulfilling our mission which is stated below:
