The Buyer Tax credit is coming to an end!

The tax credit for first time home buyers and other home buyers is coming to an end. There is only till April 30th to be under contract in order to qualify. You have till June 30th to purchase your home but you must be under contract by the end of this week! Our real estate agents are busy this week showing homes for sale to potential home buyers. This will be an extrememly busy week. The entire month of April has been very active with amny people already locating and writing offers for the Shippensburg homes that they intend to purchase.
