On October 20th and 21st three JALEX REALTORS completed the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation course classes. After completing the exam Steve Coover, Dan Rhinehart and Greg Clelan will fulfill the elective course requirements. Each already fulfilled the experiential requirements to earn the ABR designation. This course is the cornerstone of the consumer respected and industry coveted ABR designation. By completing this course and the other requirements, JALEX real estate agents will earn the designation that is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation.
The Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation demonstrates to peers and buyers a commitment to providing outstanding service for real estate buyers. The ABR designation is both a market distinction and a valuable tool for building a buyer representative business. Of the total licensed real estate agents in the United States only 4% total have earned this designation. JALEX is proud to recognize three of our agents who are committed to providing excellent service and who have made the commitment to earn this designation.
